L-CLASS expands the functional range of  Technoclass Mobile application with the terminal chatbot function. Through it, users will communicate voice with Technoclass system.

In this way, the merchant driving will talk to the system and prepare for the upcoming meeting with the customer. The system will automatically and in real-time respond to his inquiries, providing him with the requested information.

The first version of the feature is scheduled to be released in the autumn of 2018.
