The implementation of the project for development and implementation of an ERP system for business management in Ansa Borima has been completed.

The system automates the management of the technological preparation of production, the planning and management of the main production of the enterprise, the operational management of production orders inside the workshops. The system also includes management of the company’s financial and accounting activities, sales and supply management. The warehouse is managed through mobile terminals and workers report production in real-time through stationary terminals located in the workshops.

Plant specialists plan production through an interactive production order management scheme. Through it, they monitor the status of production and delivery orders and report the production.
